Project Spotlight – Hillsboro Beach Parking Deck Restoration

These photos are from an active below-grade parking structure roof deck restoration project in Hillsboro Beach.

The scope includes structural concrete repairs, waterproofing system installation, and coordinated reconstruction of surface elements above the deck.

Phase 1 – Structural Repair

Removal of deteriorated concrete, reinforcement treatment, and engineer-directed repair of structural elements.

Phase 2 – Waterproofing System

Installation of a traffic-rated waterproofing membrane designed to protect the parking structure below from moisture intrusion and corrosion.

Phase 3 – Surface Restoration

Reconstruction of landscaping areas and parking installation over the completed waterproofed deck system.

  • Work is sequenced to maintain structural integrity, protect adjacent areas, and ensure proper system performance from substrate repair through final surface installation.
